Workforce Development Program

Our Workforce Development Program is dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive training and support in property management-related fields. In partnership with organizations such as theSummer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) and Project Empowerment, we offer extensive on-the-job training for roles including leasing agents, cleaners, maintenance personnel, and porters.

Participants benefit from hands-on training and certification opportunities, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the industry. We also provide personalized assistance with resume building and interview preparation, ensuring that our participants are well-prepared to secure permanent employment either within our company or through our network of partners.

Our program is designed to foster professional growth and create pathways to sustainable careers, ultimately contributing to the success of both our participants and the communities we serve.

Property Management
Training Course

Serenity Management invests back into the community by teaching the day to day operations of Property Management including the tax credit/low income portion and maintenance technician training to young adults in an effort to promote career growth opportunities and to enlighten on the successful career paths possible within this field. Our trainees will leave with a fair housing certification (good for 1 year), CFC Universal or a Certified Leasing Specialist Certificate, interview prep skills and the confidence to succeed in this industry!

Short Term Rental Training Course

The short term rental industry is booming in today's market. Serenity Management manages Airbnb’s and other entities as well as offering courses and guides for local entrepreneurs looking to get into the business! We offer them the tools and knowledge necessary to start and succeed in the field. Virtual coaching sessions in addition to in person courses are available.
