FOUNDER
Our company is founded by two ward 7 and 8 residents; Evette Morton and Jenay Richardson. We have extensive experience in managing LIHTC, mixed use, conventional and lease up properties. We are certainly not new to the property Management field. With over 20 years of experience, we have successfully managed properties at many mainstream companies. It is through these experiences, that we have identified the approaches that have proven to be successful in addition to areas of opportunity.
